Entreprenuership and Business Management Training of Trainers Closure

The program was officially closed by Mr. Tsega Samuel, National Trainer, who began by congratulating all participants on their achievements and active engagement throughout the EBMS TOT. He emphasized that this program was designed not only to equip them with entrepreneurial and business management skills but also to empower them to become agents of change within their communities. Over the course of the training, participants enhanced their creativity, strengthened their business acumen, and gained practical insights into opportunity identification, financial management, and legal compliance. Mr. Tsega Samuel encouraged participants to apply the knowledge and skills they had acquired, reminding them that their success as entrepreneurs or trainers would create a ripple effect, positively impacting youth, communities, and the broader business ecosystem in Ethiopia. He highlighted that, as future trainers, they have a crucial role in cascading this knowledge, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, and supporting the creation of sustainable businesses. He expressed confidence that the skills, commitment, and passion demonstrated by the participants would enable them to make a meaningful difference. Mr. Tsega Samuel concluded by thanking all participants for their dedication and willingness to learn, as well as the organizers and supporting institutions.
