Experience sharing

The session was leaded by: Seblework Sileshi Among the trainees, one participant was selected to share his business experience. Mr. Tekalign Zewude, a graduate of Water supply and Environmental Engineering from Arbaminch University. He joined government Work in 2019, at that time he was motivated to start his own business and resigned from government job. Then he prepared business plan and started business on poultry production. Initially he faced challenges such as lack of finance and gap on technical skill; however he solved the problem by using different opportunities. Now his business found in the good status and profitable. Also he planned to scale up and start additional business on whole sales of food items.
