Experience Sharing

The BDS training in Teticha Wereda, facilitated by Asegid Amsale and Yared Kebebe, brought together 31 participants (28 males and 3 females). by Mr. kebede Badesa, gained valuable skills in business planning, financial management, marketing, customer service, and record keeping. The trainers used participatory methods such as group discussions and role plays, which helped us apply the concepts practically. The training strengthened our ability to set business goals, manage finances, assess markets, and improve customer relations. Despite minor challenges like limited prior exposure, the training was well-organized, practical, and beneficial. Participants appreciated the trainers? clarity and support, and recommended continued follow-up and coaching to sustain the impact in Teticha Wereda.
