A panal discussion was conducted at Hawassa menehariya sub city with a total of 83 new and existing business owners participants.The program was officially opened with welcoming remarks by Mr. gedion natnael , the head of menehariya sub city employee , employerand technology development office . In his speech, he emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in empowering new and existing busniness owners to create job opportunities, to expand their business , and contribute to the economic growth of their community and the bottle nacked challenges business owner faced the way formard to solve the emerged challenges .
