Experience sharing on CETW

The session was leaded by: Yenealem Bezabih Among the trainees, one participant was selected to share his business experience. Mrs. Fenet a dweller of Kelle town and an owner of Friendship Bar and Restaurant. She employed work in 2015 at Dilla with Birr 500 per month, at that time she was motivated to start her own business and resigned from the employed job. Then she prepared business plan and started business on Bar and Restaurant. Initially she faced main challenges and loses such as lack of finance and gap on technical skill but during that challenge times she started Abish and Beso to sportmen and solved her problem by using different opportunities (like taking Credit from Omo Micro Finance). Now her business found in the good status and profitable. Also she planned to scale up her business and to be an owner of 5 Star Hotel at Koore-Zone. She employed more than 12 permanent workers and more than 10 temporary workers. Final she was inspired by the training and ready work hard.
