Experience sharing on: Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/

The main objective of this activity is to initiate other participants Outcome: 36 participants were shared this best practice from tekalign. The session was leaded by: Eshetu Eyasu Among the Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/ trainees, one participant was selected to share his business experience. Mrs. Genet Gebeyehu, she was started a mimi shop on her coumpound and motivated to a business person. Then she prepared business plan and started business on Sheketa Sheket. Initially he faced different challenges such as lack of finance and cultural challenges even from her hauseband; however he solved the problem by being perisistent. Now her business is one of an exampler business in the area.
