Experience sharing on: Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/

The main objective of this activity is to initiate other participants Outcome: 30 participants were shared this best practice from tekalign. The session was leaded by: Zemach Lemecha Among the Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/ trainees, one participant was selected to share his business experience. Mr. Asmamaw Ayachew a business man. He was motivated to start his own business by his big brother and stopped his study from grade 10 since 2006 G.C. Then he prepared business plan and started business on Distribution Shop. Initially he faced challenges such as lack of finance and business knowledge on technical works; however he solved the problem by using different techniques. Now his business found in the good status and profitable. He employed more than 12 workers and working at attractive working environments.
