Experience sharing on: Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/

The main objective of this activity is to initiate other participants Outcome: 30 participants were shared this best practice from tekalign. The session was leaded by: Yenealem Bezabih Among the Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/ trainees, one participant was selected to share his business experience. Mr. Aschalew Adinew, a graduate of Appled Chemistry from Dilla University. After his graduation he faced unemployment problem for 2 years at this time he was started a metal work with his big brothers and gained an ample experiences of work and later he joined Kelle Secondary School, but he is highly motivated by metal and woody works and he establishe his own business and his working align with government job. Initially he faced challenges such as lack of finance customers; however he solved the problem by using personal communication skills. At mead time he has borrowed 1 million Ethiopan Birr from Bank. Now his business found in the good status and profitable. His Working capital today is more than 10 Million Ethiopian Birr and also he planned to open Branches.
