Experience Sharing: Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/

The main objective of this activity is to take experience from successful business owner. Outcome: 45 participants were shared this best practice from Kokebe. The session was leaded by: Eshetu Eyassu and Seble Sileshi Among the Customized Entreprenership training Workshop /CETW/ trainees, one participant was selected to share her business experience, the challenges he faced, and the measures he took to overcome them. Kokebnesh Belete: Empowering Her Community Through Quality Injera Mis Kokebnesh Belete, a dedicated teacher from the Koore Zone, saw a challenge in her community the injera commonly available was of poor quality. This everyday problem sparked a powerful business idea. Determined to make a difference, Kokebnesh decided to use 20 kg of her own teff grain to produce high-quality injera. Her goal was to offer better, healthier, and tastier injera to her neighbors. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Families appreciated the improved quality, and soon, local cafés and restaurants took notice. Today, three different establishments place daily orders for her injera, alongside strong demand from the community. Her journey shows how one person’s initiative can uplift local food standards and create a thriving business all starting with a simple idea and a commitment to quality
