Experience sharing on: Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/

The main objective of this activity is to initiate other participants Outcome: 62 participants were shared this best practice from tekalign. The session was leaded by: Zemach Lemecha Among the Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop /CETW/ trainees, one participant was selected to share his business experience. Mr. Tekalign Zewude, a graduate of Water supply and Environmental Engineering from Arbaminch University. He joined government Work in 2019, at that time he was motivated to start his own business and resigned from government job. Then he prepared business plan and started business on poultry production. Initially he faced challenges such as lack of finance and gap on technical skill; however he solved the problem by using different opportunities. Now his business found in the good status and profitable. Also he planned to scale up and start additional business on whole sales of food items.
