Mr. Ayele shared his business experience on the session. He started to sell timber about 10 years ago. He said that due to the lack of calculating risks before starting his first business he faced major challenge after not long ago he start it. He said he did not know what problem arise in the business he started and could not find a solution. By learning from his mistake he sat and calculated the risks and now his business expands he also started other business in addition to his first business.
