Fana Youth Saving and Credit Cooperative Launches New Branch in Fatsi Town in Celebration of GEW 2025

Fana Youth Saving and Credit Cooperative proudly launched its new branch in Fatsi Town, Eastern Tigray, marking a major milestone aligned with the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025 celebration. The event was held in partnership with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI), a key collaborator in promoting this initiative under the global theme “Together We Build.” The launch event brought together youth entrepreneurs, cooperative leaders, local officials, and community members. The new branch aims to expand financial inclusion, promote youth-led enterprises, and provide accessible savings and credit services to local entrepreneurs. Mr. Kahsay Hailu, representing Fana Cooperative, emphasized the importance of collective action, economic empowerment, and cooperative-driven development in building sustainable communities.
