Founders Live Pitch Competition
Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) is excited to partner with Founders Live Addis Ababa to host a special Founders Live Pitch Competition during Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025!
Founders Live organizes events that bring together a global community of founders to connect, pitch their startups, and compete for prizes. These events feature local city competitions where attendees watch startups pitch, vote on winners, and connect with peers. Most events are held in person, with some hybrid events livestreamed online. Additionally, Founders Live hosts a Prime Time Global Tournament that includes pitch competitions over multiple rounds, culminating in a Global Finals where regional and global winners compete for a $10,000 USD prize decided by the audience. The organization aims to empower entrepreneurs by providing them with resources, exposure, and opportunities to succeed in the startup ecosystem. The event is hosted regularly at least 4 times a year or more depending on the need for it.
