Genera Orientation to Customized Entreprenuership Training Workshop Participants

At Telo woreda of Kaffa Zone, 3 round Customized Entrepreneurship training has been given to youth small and micro enterprises. The training was arranged in three phases where more than 120 participants completed the training. At the end of third round training, get together program is arranged aimed at creating common awareness for all trainees on the overall intention of the project and the next steps. The program was designed just to deliver uniform information at once and to minimize communication barriers for the related services and fellow up. In this get together program most of the concerning stakeholders come together and advised the participants on several issues. Project facilitators, trainers, bank managers, Enterprise office head and professionals all held the program together and delivered necessary information that can guide the participants for the next step. The program was fruitful and interesting.
