Global Entrepreneurship Week

The Quality and Efficiency exercise was conducted for trainees of the Gamo Development Association in Arba Minch, Ethiopia, to assess their teamwork efficiency and the quality of their collaborative efforts. Using paracetamol production as a case study, participants engaged in a hands-on activity focused on optimizing processes to enhance productivity. The entrepreneurial aim of this exercise was to equip trainees with the skills to identify inefficiencies in production and implement quality control measures. By simulating the production process, participants learned to work collaboratively while emphasizing precision and adherence to standards. This exercise highlighted the importance of teamwork in achieving business objectives and fostered a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and innovation in entrepreneurial endeavors.
