Mohamed Endirias, a training participant from Kindo Didaye, shared his experiences in business as well as his journey while in Halale. He explained the challenges he faced after graduating from university and how he managed to overcome them. Currently, he operates a motorcycle lottery for the local market, generating revenue through this venture. In his message to fellow participants, Mohamed emphasized that running a business often comes with significant challenges and obstacles. He urged them to maintain clear goals, exhibit persistence, and demonstrate strong commitment to their endeavours. Mohamed believes that with determination and a strategic approach, it is possible to navigate and overcome the difficulties that arise in the business world. He encouraged participants to view challenges as opportunities for growth and learning, reinforcing the idea that success is not merely about avoiding difficulties, but about how one responds to and learns from them. Through his story, Mohamed inspires others to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations with resilience and hope.
