Global Entrepreneurship Week, Awareness creation on productivity and work culture

The main objective is to have discussion on areas that the Wereda can support trainees with regard to enterprise development. Besides, discussions were held on challenges encountering enterprises in the Wereda. Outcome: participants were raised multiple concerns on work premises, access to finances and technical support from the Wereda and the Wereda has confirmed to provide support as much as they can to assist the enterprises. The session was leaded by Mr. Mebratu Ololo (Coordinator for enterprise development of the Wereda) and trainers (Sisay Getachew and Meseret Meskele).
