Government-Entrepreneurship Clinic & Dialogue (GECD)

This forum brings together key government institutions delivering critical services and the entrepreneurship community in a shared space of candid exchange and collaboration. Through structured clinic‑sessions, entrepreneurs present real‑world service delivery challenges such as licensing delays, access to finance, certification bottlenecks or regulatory inconsistencies and government representatives respond directly, explaining processes, constraints and improvement plans. The dialogue then moves into co‑design mode, where participants jointly map out streamlined service pathways, establish coordination mechanisms across agencies, and agree action points to enhance responsiveness and reduce friction in the business ecosystem. The outcome is a mutual commitment to improved service delivery for entrepreneurs embedded in an accountability framework.
