Induction and Briefing for the Selection Team in Entrepreneurship Training

The entrepreneurship training workshop meets international standards. To select trainees for this program, an interviewer and selection team were designated. The final induction for the selection team was led by the regional training coordinator, Mrs. Tsigereda. The interviewers discussed common issues related to the selection procedure and process, ensuring they were thoroughly briefed. The program was managed by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute and Arba Minch University.
