Institution-Academia Capacity Bridge

The Institution-Academia Capacity Bridge is a joint capacity-building programme designed for public officials and university faculty/administrators to strengthen coordination, understanding and collaboration between government bodies and higher education institutions. Through interactive workshops, dialogue sessions and peer learning, participants explore themes such as policy-design for higher education, innovation in public service delivery, institutional reform, research-practice linkages, and collaborative project management. The programme equips participants with enhanced skills in governance, institutional leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement enabling both government and academia to work more effectively together in advancing education, research and public service outcomes.
