Interview Session to Select Trainees for the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop

The interview session was conducted to identify and select the most suitable candidates for the Advanced Entrepreneurship Training Workshop. The main objective of the session was to assess applicants� entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, prior experience, and potential to successfully apply the skills gained during the training. Through structured interviews, the selection panel evaluated each participant�s commitment to entrepreneurship, problem-solving ability, and readiness to develop viable business ideas that can create impact within their communities.
