Leather skill training

A month-long, practical training in leather product production has successfully concluded, empowering 25 women with vital skills for economic independence. The program was designed to fuel local job creation and income generation by providing comprehensive instruction in leather design, production, and business management. By focusing on the use of locally available raw materials, the training aimed to strengthen the local leather industry, while also encouraging innovation and improving product quality to ensure sustainable business growth and market access for the participants.
