Market study and Lean canvas presentation on Entreprenuership and Business Management Training

A total of 22 staff members from Agena Polytechnic College; 15 male and 7 females were sent to Agena City to conduct a market study and identify potential business opportunities that could meet the needs of local residents. To enhance effectiveness, they were grouped based on their familiarity with specific areas within the city. Through a series of interviews and face-to-face discussions with community members, each group identified one viable business idea and compiled a detailed report. The groups then presented their proposed business concepts to fellow participants, received constructive feedback, and made necessary adjustments. After evaluating the feasibility of their selected ventures, they developed Lean Canvas models and presented them to the participants, engaging in thoughtful discussions and addressing questions raised during the session.
