Mentor Connect Café: Rapid Mentoring Sessions

The Mentor Connect Cafe invites entrepreneurs, founders, innovation leaders and investors to engage in a lively speed-mentoring format over the course of an afternoon or early evening. In a relaxed cafe-style setting, mentees rotate through brief yet focused one-on-one or small-group sessions with experienced mentors each lasting typically 8–15 minutes. Guided by pre-defined discussion prompts, the sessions encourage founders to raise real-time challenges (such as business model refinement, fundraising strategies, team building or market access), while mentors offer sharp, actionable insights and open doors to network or collaboration. Following the timed rounds, there is a mini-networking break where participants reflect, exchange contacts and plan follow-up mentoring engagements. The goal is to spark quality connections, surface fresh ideas and empower rapid-learning moments that fuel entrepreneurial growth.
