The opening event of Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building Workshop

While celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week officially, we begin the Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building Workshop at Bonga University, marking a significant collaborative effort with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI). The opening ceremony featured an address by Bonga University's esteemed Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer. In his speech, the Vice President Doc. Kelilew warmly acknowledged the tireless efforts of the training organizer’s, particularly the Entrepreneurship Development Institute, and expressed gratitude for the dedicated presence of all participants. He emphasized the timely nature of the training, noting that it directly aligns with the university's ongoing strategic initiatives and the government's focus on innovation and public entrepreneurship as key performance indicators (KPIs) for higher education institutions. He highlighted that the university is actively engaged in fostering such an environment, making this workshop an essential and relevant intervention.
