We are excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive training program on Public Entrepreneurship and Innovative Ecosystem Building for the management staff, college deans, and directors at Mizan Teppi University. This initiative aims to equip over 45 university managing members with the necessary skills and knowledge to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within their institutions. During opening the event MTU Academic Vice president Doc. Terefe underlined that objective of this training is to enhance the understanding of public entrepreneurship frameworks and the dynamics of innovative ecosystems. Participants will learn how to develop strategic initiatives that promote collaboration and optimize resources within their respective colleges. Additionally, the training aims to empower leaders to drive sustainable growth and development in their communities. By the end of the training, participants will gain actionable insights and practical tools to implement entrepreneurial initiatives within their institutions. We anticipate increased collaboration among colleges, leading to a stronger culture of innovation across the university. Ultimately, this program will contribute to the overall development of a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.
