Orientation on the available business opportunities

The Persuasion and Networking exercise was conducted for trainees of the Gamo Development Association in Arba Minch, Ethiopia. This exercise aimed to enhance participants' communication skills and their ability to effectively build professional networks. The primary aim of this exercise was to empower trainees with the skills to confidently persuade others and develop meaningful connections that can support their entrepreneurial endeavors. By practicing persuasive techniques and understanding the dynamics of networking, participants learned how to articulate their ideas clearly and establish valuable relationships within their community. Through this exercise, trainees were equipped with essential skills that are vital for entrepreneurial success, fostering confidence and encouraging collaboration as they pursue their business ventures.
