Financial Management: Budgeting and forecasting, cost management, and strategic financial decision-making. Marketing Management: Enhancing visibility, client engagement, marketing strategy, and income growth. Operations and Production Management: Operational strategy and process excellence. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating enterprise-level risks. Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management: Ensuring efficient resource flow and compliance. Cost Accounting and Inventory Management: Including manufacturing cost accounting. Taxation Management: Improving compliance and efficiency in tax administration. Staff Performance Evaluation: Strengthening performance management systems. Team Management and Leadership: Enhancing interpersonal effectiveness and team cohesion.
