Peer to peer panel discussion

Peer to peer panel discussion successfully conducted collaboration with Wolaita Sodo Youth project. The session encouraged peer learning by allowing attendees to share their idea. The major focus was on overcoming fear of failure and viewing challenges as opportunity for growth. After the panel discussion the participant gained a deeper understanding of how mindset influence business success.
