PEIEB ToT

The PEIEB ToT programme is designed to expand and deepen the capacity of public-sector trainers by equipping them with specialized facilitation skills, adult-learning methodologies and an entrepreneurial mindset tailored for public institutions. Trainees will master how to deliver the PEIEB curriculum in different public-sector contexts, enabling the cascade of innovation-driven training and ultimately strengthening public service delivery and organisational performance.
