Public Entrepreneurship & Innovation Ecosystem Building (PEIEB) Training‑of‑Trainers (ToT)” is a capacity‑building initiative designed to equip trainers with the knowledge, facilitation skills and tools needed to cascade entrepreneurship and innovation‑ecosystem building across public sector institutions and partner organizations. It focuses on strengthening local capacities, promoting inclusive innovation, and embedding sustainable practices that support women, youth and underserved communities. In the context of RaDO’s work in gender‑based violence and empowerment, the program enables trainers to integrate innovation approaches into entrepreneurship support, and foster ecosystems that empower women‑led enterprises and protect rights‑holders.
