The Role of Mindset and opportunity identification in Entrepreneurial Success at Arba Minch University Chamo campus

The session was conducted successfully at the Chamo Campus of Arba Minch University, focusing on the fundamental characteristics of successful entrepreneurs and the crucial role of innovation in business. A total of 174 participants engaged in discussions about local and global examples of young entrepreneurs who have made a significant impact in their communities and beyond, with 65% of attendees being female. The mindset session was particularly transformative, helping to shift participants� perspectives from job-seeking to job-creation. It inspired them to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying problems as opportunities and viewing failure as a stepping stone to improvement. This attitudinal transformation laid the foundation for all subsequent sessions on business planning, innovation, and execution.
