Round 1: Experience Sharing Session at the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop among Gamo Development Association Staffs, Arba Minch, Ethiopia

To foster a culture of learning and collaboration among staff members through the sharing of entrepreneurial experiences. At the beginning of Round 1 of the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop, 25 Gamo Development Association staff members participated in an experience-sharing session. Participants shared their challenges and successes in entrepreneurship, emphasizing innovative strategies, resilience, and community engagement. This session helped identify best practices and set a positive tone for the workshop.
