Round 2: Experience Sharing Session at the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop among Gamo Development Association Staffs, Arba Minch, Ethiopia

To foster a culture of learning and collaboration among staff members through the sharing of entrepreneurial experiences. In Round 2 of the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop, 27 staff members participated in a similar experience-sharing session. Building on insights from, participants exchanged experiences and discussed further approaches to overcome obstacles. This round encouraged deeper collaboration and facilitated the sharing of advanced strategies, reinforcing the importance of collective growth. The session not only strengthened relationships among staff but also enhanced their capacity to drive entrepreneurial initiatives effectively.
