Round One: Entrepreneurial Opportunity Seeking and Initiative Training for Arba Minch University Academic Staff, Arba Minch, Ethiopia

The Entrepreneurial Opportunity Seeking and Initiative Training was conducted for academic staff at Arba Minch University, engaging a total of 39 participants, comprising 26 males and 13 females. This training aimed to enhance the ability of staff members to identify and leverage business opportunities effectively. Participants were introduced to key concepts outlining the relationship between unmet needs, underutilized resources, and potential business ventures. Additionally, the training emphasized the importance of creativity and innovative thinking in overcoming traditional barriers to entrepreneurship. Engaging in interactive discussions, practical exercises, and case studies, attendees learned how to transform challenges into viable business ideas.
