Round Two: Opportunity Seeking Training at Arba Minch University, Ethiopia

Round Two of the Opportunity Seeking Training was conducted for 41 trainees at Arba Minch University, Ethiopia. Building on the foundational knowledge laid in the first round, this session aimed to further enhance the entrepreneurial capabilities of participants, emphasizing the identification and evaluation of business opportunities. Similar to the first round, a market survey was conducted in real settings within Arba Minch City, allowing trainees to deepen their understanding of market dynamics and community needs. Through this experiential learning approach, participants gained hands-on experience in assessing entrepreneurial opportunities. By the conclusion of the training, attendees expressed greater confidence in their ability to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape, highlighting the training's role in fostering proactive and informed decision-making.
