Self-Assessment of Entrepreneurial Behavior in Round 2, Arba Minch University, Ethiopia

A self-assessment of entrepreneurial behavior was conducted among the participants from Arba Minch University. Led by Mr. Awel, an experienced trainer from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute, this assessment aimed to evaluate the entrepreneurial competencies of the students and identify areas for growth. A total of 39 participants, comprising 26 males and 13 females, completed a comprehensive questionnaire exploring various aspects of entrepreneurial behavior. The insights gained from this assessment are expected to provide clarity on participants’ strengths and weaknesses, informing future training programs and helping to tailor support for the enhancement of the students' entrepreneurial development.
