ToA Training for selected TVT Trainers

The Training of Trainers for Selected TVET Facilitators (TT-TVET) is a specialised capacity-building programme designed to equip chosen technical and vocational trainers with advanced pedagogical skills, facilitation methods and up-to-date training technologies. Participants already experienced TVET instructors engage in a focused workshop that emphasises adult learning techniques, instructional design, assessment strategies, and industry-relevant delivery. On completion, they become certified facilitators ready to lead high-quality training programmes and mentor other trainers, thereby strengthening the overall TVET system.
