Tower Building Exercise Event on Training of Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building (PEIEB) in Arba Minch, Ethiopia

The aim of the Tower Building exercise was to enhance participants' skills in teamwork, group leadership, and resource mobilization in a simulated environment. As part of the Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building (PEIEB) training for trade and industry regional bureau leaders and experts, this exercise was conducted among six different groups in Arba Minch, Ethiopia. Each group received the necessary materials and clear instructions for completing the activity. This exercise provided valuable insights into resource utilization, team leadership, communication, coordination, planning, and team spirit. Ultimately, participants recognized that the lessons learned from this exercise would help them improve their efficiency and effectiveness in their assignments back at the office.
