Tower Building exercise in Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building training

The tower building exercise was conducted to practically demonstrate the critical elements required for shaping an organizational culture that enables a smooth transition of created value. The objective was to illustrate the importance of effective leadership, the strategic management of limited resources, and the need for a strong, collaborative team to achieve a common goal. Participants were divided into teams and given identical, limited resources to construct the tallest and most stable tower possible. The winning team was identified through a dual-criteria assessment, evaluating both the height and structural stability of the final construction. The exercise served as a powerful metaphor for building resilient and effective public entrepreneurship ecosystems in organization.
