Tower Building Exercise of Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Building Training

Tower building exercise to evaluate the team work performance and to learn how to become good in a team success. Additionally the exercise helps them to use the available resources in the right way and for the right purpose. The main objective of the exercise is that of to guide either them to build team that shares same vision and strive to achieve the objectives in line with their institutions and value creation internally or externally (what their institution is passionate for). And at the end of the session the trainees are expected to start thinking about who could be their project team member that can also champion it working together with a team work sprit.
