Training on Design Thinking for Chncha TVET Staff in Chencha, Gamo Zone, Ethiopia

A training on Design Thinking for Chncha TVET staff was held in Chencha, Gamo Zone, Ethiopia, with a total of 36 participants. This training aimed to empower staff with a user-centric approach to problem-solving and innovation, enhancing their ability to address the needs of their communities. Through the Design Thinking framework, participants learned to empathize with users, define challenges, ideate creative solutions, prototype, and test their ideas. The interactive sessions fostered collaboration and encouraged staff to think critically about their target audiences' needs. This initiative seeks to enhance innovative capabilities and supports the development of impactful solutions that can drive economic growth in the region.
