Training Session – Johari Window: Knowing Yourself

A training session on the Johari Window titled “Knowing Yourself” was conducted to enhance participants’ self-awareness, interpersonal communication, and personal development skills. The interactive session guided attendees through the four quadrants of the Johari Window—open, blind, hidden, and unknown—helping them identify how they perceive themselves versus how others perceive them. Participants engaged in practical exercises and group activities to increase self-disclosure, receive constructive feedback, and strengthen trust and collaboration within teams. The training emphasized the importance of self-awareness in personal growth, leadership development, and effective teamwork, equipping participants with practical tools to improve relationships and communication both in professional and entrepreneurial settings.
