Training of Trainers on Customized Entrepreneurship Training

A Training of Trainers (ToT) program was conducted on Customized Entrepreneurship Training (CET) with the objective of developing qualified and competent trainers who can effectively deliver entrepreneurship training to both existing and new business owners. The training was delivered in Afan Oromo language, ensuring that participants can fully engaged and internalized the training concepts in their local language. The approach emphasized practical, hands-on learning and adhered to adult learning methodologies, encouraging participation, experience sharing, and real life application of knowledge. As a result, the trained trainers are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and facilitation techniques to deliver impactful entrepreneurship training that meets the needs of local entrepreneurs and promotes sustainable business growth.
