Outcomes of the Value Creation Exercise: Participants greatly improved their ability to identify and describe specific operational and strategic challenges, leading to a shared understanding of improvement areas. It sparked creative problem-solving, yielding diverse potential solutions. Developing prototypes turned these ideas into tangible, action-oriented innovations. The exercise culminated in an award for the winning innovative solution, fostering healthy competition and peer learning.
