Opening Remarks 
- The event began with opening remarks delivered by Mr. Alimo Cham, Dimma Woreda Acting Administrator and College Dean Mr Ochalla Odier, who welcomed all participants (trainees, trainers, and stakeholders)
- In his remarks, the Dean highlighted the urgency and importance of entrepreneurship development in the current Ethiopian context: noting high youth unemployment, the need to diversify the economy, and the growing role of innovation in driving sustainable development.
- Ethiopia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem is maturing, with increasing recognition of startups and innovation-driven enterprises.
- The legal and regulatory environment is becoming more favorable. According to recent government statements, the legal system is now more conducive to entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship Policy & Strategy Session (industry Ex/Tech Facilitator and trainers)
- A half-day session was held for selected trainees, trainers, and stakeholders to provide an in-depth overview of Ethiopia’s entrepreneurship policy and strategy.
- Trainees 20 (M-12&F-8), Trainers 15 (M-11&F-4), Stakeholders 8 (M-7&F-1). A total of 43 Participants attending the events.
