Women Entrepreneurship Training

A highly fruitful Women Entrepreneurship Training Workshop was successfully conducted for women-owned MSMEs in Finote Selam town on November 10-11, 2025. Organized by EDI in collaboration with the Amhara Women Entrepreneurs Association (AWEA), the two-day workshop empowered participants with essential skills in business planning, goal setting, and business idea generation. The program delved into the core competencies and resilient mindset of successful entrepreneurs, fostering a significant shift in perspective. The event was particularly enriched by dynamic experience-sharing sessions, where women business owners connected over their unique journeys, creating a powerful and supportive network dedicated to mutual growth and success.
