Women Entrepreneurship Training

The Women Entrepreneurship Training Workshop, organized by EDI in collaboration with the Amhara Women Entrepreneurs Association (AWEA), was successfully completed in Finote Selam town on November 10-11, 2025. Designed for women-owned MSMEs, the two-day program provided critical instruction in business planning, goal setting, and idea generation. It further facilitated a shift in entrepreneurial perspective through discussions on core competencies and mindset. The event was notably enhanced by experience-sharing sessions that forged a collaborative network among the participants, dedicated to advancing their collective business ambitions.
