Women Entrepreneurship Training

The Women Entrepreneurship Training Workshop, successfully held on November 11-12, 2025, in Dangila town, was a highly fruitful event designed to empower women-owned MSMEs. Organized by EDI in collaboration with the Amhara Women Entrepreneurs Association (AWEA), the two-day workshop equipped participants with essential skills in business planning, goal setting, and business idea generation. Through interactive sessions, attendees explored the core competencies of successful entrepreneurs and engaged in powerful experience sharing, fostering a supportive network and cultivating a resilient, growth-oriented mindset. The event concluded as a significant milestone in strengthening the foundation for women-led businesses in the region.
