Youth Entrepreneurs Experience sharing

Among Customized Entrepreneurship training participants @ Wushwush, model youth participant called (Dagne Bogale) shared his business experiences on goal setting, systematic planning, information seeking, and taking calculated risks aimed at making the participants better understand the importance of personal entrepreneurial competencies. Mr. Dagne mentioned that before he started his current business, he gathered information and do personal research on the alternative businesses and their related cos and pros. accordingly, once after completing his personal research he selected one among the others based on the logical reasoning and his personal tangible situations. He extended that, after identifying the business to focus on he designed the plan on how to do and other related operational procedures. Due to the nature of the business he identified, he calculated risk and decided on every action keeping the moderate level of risks into considerations. There were several ups and downs throughout his business said Mr. Dagne and he shared that regardless of the red and green lights happening in business operation, focusing on the goal and persistently trying for betterment of the situation is key for success. The experience sharing program was highly motivational and real life modeling which gives insight for several other youth entrepreneurs and we get it fruitful.
